The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between you and eenymeeny Ltd (hereafter referred to as ‘we', ‘us', ‘our', ‘eenymeeny'). Placing an Order
When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
When placing an order at www.eenymeenykids.co.uk you will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. However, your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped.
Your credit/debit card/paypal account will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will refund you as soon as possible and no later than within 15 days of the transaction being made.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
All orders are processed on the day they are received subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to your address from the day you have placed your order.
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail using their signed for service. Costs are calculated according to Royal Mail postage costs and our packaging costs.

Please be aware though that some items may be subject to a shipping surcharge. If this is the case, we will contact you with the surcharge amount and your item(s) will ship once this surcharge has been paid.
We send all parcels by Royal mail or Parcel Force. Please note that your signature may be required for some larger deliveries. Please contact us by email to arrange an alternative delivery method.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a full refund or exchange for unused / unworn items with original tags on / in original packaging returned within 28 working days of delivery. We cannot guarantee an exchange or refund for any items sent to us over this 28 day period. You must return the goods to our trading address. We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) within 30 days.
Please note that for all returns, except where the item is faulty or not as ordered, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Please note that the returns policy does not apply to personalized goods.
Items purchased in the sale are final and not returnable or refundable.
Your Right to Cancel
As per the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. Please note that if the products have already been shipped to you, you will be required to return the items as per our returns policy. Please note that this does not apply where the product has been worn / used in any way.
Payment & Taxes
We accept payment through Paypal and credit and debit cards through Shopify Stripe. All payments are handled securely by Paypal and Shopify and if you set up an account with Paypal your payments will be taken directly from your bank account without the need to enter card details. If you are required to enter card details in order to complete your transaction, we will not store your details.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT charges where applicable.

eenymeeny Ltd,PayPal and Worldpay are committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security.
When you place an order with us you will be asked to set up an eenymeeny account (contact details only).We retain this information for each of your purchases. This information will not be shared or sold but at times we will authorise access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities.
Law & Territory
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.
